Water service at the park will be turned on, and the pickleball and tennis nets installed, on the first Monday following the first day of spring each year.
Water service will be turned off, and the pickleball and tennis nets removed, on the Monday before Halloween (October 31), weather permitting and subject to the Garrett County Public Utilities schedule.
