The Town of Friendsville will hold a public hearing on the proposed Zoning Ordinance on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will take place at the Friendsville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department, located at 122 Walnut Street, Friendsville, MD 21531.
The proposed ordinance is intended to establish guidelines for land use and development within the Town, helping to promote orderly growth, protect property values, and support the overall health, safety, and welfare of the community.
A final draft of the Zoning Ordinance is available for public review at the Ruth Enlow Library, Friendsville Branch and at Friendsville Town Hall during regular business hours.
