The Friendsville Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Friendsville Town Hall in the council chambers. The Board will review the following docketed case:

VR-2025-05: An application submitted by TABAR LLC has applied for a variance to the stream’s buffers found in Section 512 of the Friendsville Zoning Ordinance.

The property is located at 100-115 Bear Creek Court, Friendsville, MD 21531.

Any Interested individuals are invited to attend.  Copies of the packet are available for review at the Friendsville Town Hall Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
